A spirited display from AFC Lightning gave Taplow a torrid first half at Cryers Hill on Sunday.
After a subtle team talk at half time a re-energized Taplow side started taking control of the match, with two goals from Flynn and a birthday goal from Michael C.
This was enough to secure the three points even though AFC Lightning managed a much deserved late goal with 3 minutes to spare.
